Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PropVIVO in Surat. The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Working Hours: Night Shift (Monday-Saturday)
Job Type: Onsite (Surat, Gujarat)
Qualifications
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's/master’s in business, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing (or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
• Knowledge of property management or real estate is beneficial
• Clear, empathetic, listens well (English proficiency essential)
• Manages tasks like a maestro.
