We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Jaipur.
Role Responsibilities
β’ Communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other business communication channels.
β’ Handle customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
β’ Learn and apply sales strategies and client relationship management practices.
β’ Understand customer requirements and support client satisfaction.
β’ Develop negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Learn international business communication standards and professional client handling practices.
β’ Work closely with experienced professionals and receive practical training.
