Customer Service Representative (South Wales Site)
With more than 15 years of experience in allergen and speciation testing, we have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer excellence. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team, acting as a vital link between our customers and commercial functions. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, manage enquiries, coordinate order processing, and help strengthen long-term client relationships through responsive and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Process client orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with laboratory teams to ensure timely sample processing and reporting
Maintain customer records and CRM systems
Support the Commercial Director and Key Account Director with client communications
Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution
Monitor turnaround times and proactively update customers
Assist with quotations and contract administration.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer-facing role
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Hours: 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday (onsite)
Salary: £25,750
Pay: From £25,750.00 per year
