As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while adhering to company policies.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Track and update customers on the status of their orders and shipments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACH Foam Technologies’ products and services to assist customers effectively.
Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on customer trends and potential process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
