Customer Service & Production Assistant
Condell Park, NSW | Casual Position | Flexible Hours
Looking for a flexible casual role with plenty of variety?
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our team at Minuteman Press Condell Park. If you enjoy working with people, are confident using computers and like learning new skills, we'd love to hear from you.
No experience in the printing industry? No problem. We'll provide full training and teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is that you have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Minuteman Press Condell Park is a locally owned and operated print and marketing centre, helping businesses with everything from business cards and brochures to signage, uniforms, promotional products and graphic design. We pride ourselves on delivering friendly, personalised service and producing high-quality work for businesses of all sizes.
As a small team, everyone plays an important role. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop a broad range of skills.
About the Role
This is a varied position that combines customer service, administration, light graphic design and hands-on production. You'll be involved in different aspects of the business throughout the day, providing plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
The role would suit a university student, a parent returning to work, or anyone looking for flexible casual employment. We're happy to work around the right person's availability, whether that's two full days each week, a couple of mornings, or another arrangement that suits both parties.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting customers in person, over the phone and by email.
Preparing simple artwork and making minor file edits.
Learning to operate our digital print and finishing equipment.
Helping with production, packing and general day-to-day operations.
Providing friendly customer service from enquiry through to collection.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Are highly confident using computers and learning new software.
Have basic design or artwork skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or similar is a bonus).
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Are organised, reliable and enjoy working with people.
Are willing to learn and happy to help wherever needed.
Take pride in producing quality work and have a good eye for detail.
