Join our team at the Lincoln Post Shop as a full-time Customer Service Operator based in Lincoln, Canterbury. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Provide excellent customer service for NZ Post Kiwibank customers
Understand process compliance to deliver accurate services
Accurate money handling skills
Processing incoming and outgoing mail parcels
Operating front counter, administration and store operations
Working in a small team with support from a national organization
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer requirements
Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work shifts, including Saturdays
