Customer Service Officer – Multi-Site Role
Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Mt Ommaney, Hyperdome & Victoria Point Clinics
Employment Type: Casual/Part Time
About the Role
Australian Audiology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional front-of-house support across our Mt Ommaney, Hyperdome, and Victoria Point clinics.
This is a multi-site position requiring regular travel between clinics. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinics while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Process payments, invoices, and related administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Support clinicians with administrative and operational requirements.
Assist with hearing aid orders, stock management, and clinic supplies.
Ensure reception and waiting areas are presented to a high standard.
Work collaboratively with clinic teams across multiple locations.
Essential Requirements
Previous customer service and/or administration experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinic environments.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.
Desirable
Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, allied health, or audiology environment.
Experience using appointment booking or patient management systems.

Pay: $29.15 – $32.18 per hour

Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
