Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Part-Time/Casual)
Location: Brisbane (Should be flexible to work across other Brisbane clinics as required)

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing hearing clinic network in Brisbane. This role is will require support at all Brisbane locations i.e. Mt Ommaney, LoganHolme & Victoria Point.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client has a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner.
Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
Process payments, invoices, and manage client records accurately.
Support audiologists with clinic administration tasks.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area.
Coordinate clinic supplies and assist with general operational tasks.
Work collaboratively with the wider clinic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide support at other Brisbane clinics when needed (travel between locations will be required).
About You
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration (medical or allied health experience highly regarded).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Confident using computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
A team player with a flexible, positive attitude.
Reliable transport and willingness to work across multiple clinic locations in Brisbane.
