Customer Service Officer – DVA & Medical Liaison

Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Client Services Officer with experience delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced medical environment. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the ADF Veteran Community by providing guidance, coordinating services and arranging suitable appointments with our extensive network of specialist consultants.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Liaising with customers to plan and implement agreed services
Scheduling appointments for ADF Veterans
Managing busy inboxes, including queries, appointment coordination and non‑appointment services
Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
Offering information and advice to customers and prospective customers
Completing additional administrative tasks as required to support the broader Client Services team
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced medical environment (DVA experience desirable)
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A caring, enthusiastic and helpful approach
Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to remain flexible
High attention to detail
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
