Job Description
As Customer Service Manager, you’ll be part of the frontline team. Here, customers have the most contact with our team and we’re focused on creating an awesome customer experience, which we need your help to create!
Create, drive and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running across checkouts, lotto, online and customer service.
Ensure all customers’ needs are met and they receive the highest quality customer service.
Complete rosters, conduct performance reviews, and training.
Setting the standards and ensuring they are met day in and day out.
Build relationships with the wider team and management to get the very best results.
Ensuring the responsible sale of alcohol.
