About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key part of the branch’s daily performance. You’ll manage customer collections and returns, prepare agreements and payments, coordinate fleet availability, and ensure the branch operates smoothly.
It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and rewarding. You’ll juggle multiple priorities, make decisions that matter, and take ownership of your work, perfect for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and wants to make an impact.
This is a fixed term, full-time role working a rotating 4 days on / 2 days off roster, 7:15am – 5:45pm.
* This is a fixed-term, full-time role covering maternity leave for 12 months. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to continue with NHR Group beyond the fixed term, subject to business requirements at the time.*
Key Responsibilities
Managing vehicle collections and returns
Preparing accurate rental agreements, invoices, and payments
Handling phone and email enquiries efficiently
Coordinating vehicle availability and servicing
Operating and learning two rental management systems
Moving and positioning vehicles as required
Completing daily cash-up and reconciliation
Maintaining high standards across the branch and fleet
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Strong communication and decision-making skills
High attention to detail and accountability
Confidence using digital systems
A proactive, ownership mindset
Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence, Class 2 is a bonus.
Ability to drive a manual or open to learning
