Job Description
Work Location : Delhi - Jasola / Dwarka
Job Requirement:
· Looking for candidates having min 1-2 year of relevant experience working with a freight forwarding company in Imports dept.
· Good written and verbal communication skills, Knowledge of INCOTERMS, World Ports, Knowledge of freight forwarding procedure of imports.
Job Description :
· Handling entire customer service for import freight from receiving nomination till sharing billing instructions to accounts.
· Complete coordination with overseas agents, customers and co-loaders for the shipments.
· Checking pre-alerts and sending it to consignee.
· Preparation of Freight Certificate.
· Coordinate with shipping line & carrier for delivery order.
· Co-ordinate with Cha team to file Bill of Entry on Time.
· Closing / Locking of Jobs in ERP system.
