We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our jewellery brand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, or chat
· Provide detailed information about jewellery products, materials, and care instructions
· Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently
· Maintain a strong product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations
· Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth customer interactions
· Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (experience with jewellery-specific systems is a plus)
