Around 1-3 years in Retail Sales Excellent customer service attitude Ability to resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner. Prior experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality Has excellent communication and English skills Willing to work hard, take on a diverse mix of tasks, and has a positive, "cando" attitude Can be left alone in the store- honest, mature, and well organized
