Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Operations Team as Customer Service Executives. This role involves proactive engagement with potential customers, lead generation, and sales support. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

Ensure high standards of customer service and communication.
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service or Telesales (mandatory)
Educational Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) mandatory
Languages Required:
Hindi + Marathi
Gujarati + Marathi
Hindi + English
Age Limit: 18 – 39 years
Skills:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and persuasive approach
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficient in basic computer applications
