Full job description
Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: 2-3 months training will be imparted about Product in the DAY SHIFT from +.30 am to 6.30 pm at the office at Neelankarai, ECR, Chennai , then work-from-home set up

Shift Timings: Night shifts From 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM or From 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST for WFM setup

Role & responsibilities

Handle customer support emails, chats, and calls for USA, UK, and France.
Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned).
Handle and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon.
Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.
Preferred candidate profile

Experience in customer support (handling international customers is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage).
Experience with Shopify is preferred.
Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
Comfortable working night shifts and meeting performance targets.
