Roles and Responsibilities

1-should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up

2-excellent with communication skills

3-insurance background an added advantage.

4-should have inbound call calling experience

5-Flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shifts)

6-ok with undergraduate and 6 days working process

7. Rotational Shifts - Shifts starts from 7 am - 11 pm ( + hours shift ) and Rotational off.
