We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in Freight Forwarding (Export Operations) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle export bookings with shipping lines.
• Coordinate container pickup and transportation.
• Coordinate with transporters, CHA, shipping lines, and customers.
• Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) through shipping line portals.
• Coordinate BL drafts with shippers and shipping lines.
• Manage the complete export forwarding process from booking confirmation to vessel sailing.
• Prepare invoices and coordinate until the final Bill of Lading (BL) release.
• Ensure smooth execution of export shipments and timely documentation.
Requirements:
• Experience in freight forwarding and export documentation.
• Knowledge of shipping line portals and export procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments efficiently.
