Full job description
Job Responsibilities:

· Understanding and performing the responsibility of a Customer Service Representative role.

· Communicate with customers through email, phone, and in person managing bookings for birthday parties and events. Utilize company software to ensure smooth scheduling and provide in-store tours to showcase party options.

· Plan, organize, and execute birthday parties, events, and promotional activities with creativity and attention to detail.

· Support all aspects of event/birthday party planning, execution, including room setup, decoration, catering coordination, transportation logistics and all aspects of events/birthday parties.

· Design and execute the store's advertising strategies by creating promotional content such as posters, photos, and videos, managing social media platforms, handling internal and external communications, establishing collaborations with vendors, and maintaining email communication with customers.

· Work with management on party and event inventory maintaining inventory at all times
