Customer Service Co-ordinator
Job Description
Our Service Delivery Team is expanding and on the lookout for someone who loves engaging with people, building relationships, and enjoys delivering good customer service.
Within the team you’ll play a key role by creating the bridge between Partners who fund our programmes and the schools we deliver the programmes with.
Our vision as a not-for-profit company is to embed engineering into the fabric of every school, ensuring all children have the opportunity to engage with engineering from a young age.
What you’ll focus on:
Connecting with schools by phone and email, getting them excited about our activities and supporting their registration and ongoing involvement
Support teachers throughout their journey with us, helping them deliver fun, inspiring engineering experiences
Where suitable, head out to events across the UK to support our activities in action and cheer on the pupils taking part
Help schools overcome any challenges so their pupils can be inspired by engineering
Handle incoming calls and emails
Keep our CRM up to date with accurate information
Work closely with colleagues to keep things running smoothly
Deliver brilliant customer service every day
What you’ll get:
Salary of £27,000 per year
Full-time role, 37.5 hours weekly (8:30am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri)
30-minute lunch break daily
29 days holiday (including bank holidays)

We're looking for someone who...
Has at least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role
Builds great relationships and communicates clearly (both in conversation and writing)
Can work towards goals and stick to agreed timeframes
Is organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple tasks
Is comfortable using Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook and has CRM experience
Is confident reaching out and enjoys helping people.
