Our Appointment Coordinators are in-office representatives who work in our marketing department and are responsible for all back-end scheduling. The marketing department is the walking talking face of our business, so it is important that you are able to communicate well and make a connection with potential clients quickly. We offer extensive, fully paid, training where you'll learn product knowledge and objection handling techniques. You will work with warm leads from multiple lead generating sites. This means no cold calling or prospecting. You will need to follow our precise pre-qualification and confirmation process with each potential client to ensure we are placing our sales team in the best position to succeed. Since we are so keen on promoting from within Home Genius Exteriors, this position is the perfect stepping stone to enter other facets of our business
