Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.60–$18.00 per hour

We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, pricing, promotions, and general inquiries.
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
Process cash, debit, credit, and other payment transactions while maintaining accurate cash balances.
Answer customer phone calls professionally and assist with product availability and store information.
Promote weekly specials and recommend additional products to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Keep checkout counters, shelves, and displays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Assist with merchandising, product pricing, inventory replenishment, and stock rotation.
Receive, organize, and restock merchandise as needed.
Support customers by helping them locate products throughout the store.
Follow food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient daily store operations.
Qualifications
Previous cashier, retail, grocery, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced wholesale retail environment.
Basic math skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience using POS systems is an asset.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
English is required. Additional languages such as Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Dari, Pashto, Persian (Farsi), or Arabic are considered a strong asset due to our diverse customer base.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
