Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver an excellent shopping experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries and product recommendations
• Process sales transactions using the assigned cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is properly displayed
• Receive and unload merchandise shipments; support stock replenishment
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment
• Perform store cleaning duties, including restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Keep all store areas neat and presentable
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, grocery, or similar environments preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and understand operational documents
• Physically able to lift 3050 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
