Position: Customer Support Executive, International Voice Process

Location: Jaipur | Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 working days + 2 Rotational Week-Offs


Eligibility

Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
Freshers are welcome!
Experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience can apply
Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Salary Structure

Freshers: 26,500 CTC + 2,500 Monthly PLI

Experienced 6+ Months: 27,000 CTC + 3,000 Monthly PLI

Performance-Linked Incentive available every month!


Additional Benefits

Relocation Bonus up to 10,000
Applicable to candidates relocating to Jaipur from another city.

Cab Facility Available for shifts starting after 2:00 PM
Cab facility is chargeable.


Important Requirements

Comfortable handling customer queries over the phone
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
No leaves permitted during the initial 3 months
Candidates must be comfortable working from the Jaipur office
