We’re growing our Sheffield team and are looking for friendly, confident individuals to join us as Customer Service Assistants. Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high standard of customer service and support
Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries
Represent client brands in a professional and approachable manner
Build strong relationships with customers
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Contribute to daily team goals and performance targets
