About the Role
We are currently seeking a switched on, energetic, customer service person to join our Kia and Suzuki service reception team at our busy, purpose built Tauranga/Mount Maunganui dealership.
This role involves both customer service and administration. You will be a contact person for our service customers, ensuring they enjoy their experience within the dealership. You will also be responsible for assisting the administration department within the branch.
Ideally you will have proven previous experience within a customer service role, automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. Administration experience would be advantageous, but not essential, all training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Key skills:
Excellent communication skills, including face to face, on the phone and written communication.
Strong computer skills, accuracy and attention to detail
An approachable, welcoming, friendly and professional manner
A high standard of personal presentation
Ability to work as part of a busy team, and be adaptable
Full New Zealand Driver’s Licence
Tasks will include
Greeting customers, booking jobs, answering the phones
Invoicing service jobs other service administration
Accounts receivable and payable transactions
Some vehicle administration, including registrations and upkeep of customer and stock details
General tasks to keep the dealership running smoothly, including data entry filing
This is a full time job working Monday-Friday and comes with competitive remuneration.
