You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our financial services. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
Utilise Salesforce to track interactions, manage customer accounts, and document issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services offerings and industry regulations.
Skills
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Previous experience in the financial services sector is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
