We are an international company specialized in the design and manufacturing of smart solar solutions.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – USA to support our U.S. market operations, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to customer loyalty and sales growth.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support and technical advice on products, orders, and lead times.
Prepare and follow up on quotations using internal systems.
Manage orders on hold and coordinate issue resolution.
Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers.
Support administrative coordination and incident tracking.
Requirements
Bilingual English–Spanish (required).
Proficient in office tools and ERP systems.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
