The Role
We need a Sales Associate who isn’t just about dialing numbers but about starting genuine conversations. You’ll be working side-by-side with our founders, brainstorming and fine-tuning our approach to bring in awesome clients from across the globe. If you’ve got solid experience in international cold calling, customer support and inside sales—especially with clients in the USA, EU, UK, and Australia—this might just be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Be Up To
Quality Conversations: Make thoughtful, personalized cold calls that spark real connections—this isn’t about hitting quotas by volume, it’s about building relationships.
Work Directly with Our Founders: Collaborate closely with our leadership team to help shape our sales strategy and make a visible impact on the company.
International Engagement: Use your experience with global clients to connect authentically with prospects from the USA, EU, UK, and Australia.
Top-Notch Customer Support: Bring your customer support expertise to the table, ensuring every prospect feels valued and understood.
Stay Organized: Keep our CRM up-to-date with all your interactions so that we’re all aligned and ready for the next big win.
Share Your Insights: Your feedback will help us refine our strategies and continuously improve our approach.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English Communication: You speak and write in English with clarity and friendliness—your conversations are engaging and professional.
Proven Experience: You’ve spent at least 2–3 years rocking inside sales, cold calling, or international customer support, and you’ve got the track record to prove it.
Global Savvy: Experience working with clients in the USA, EU, UK, and Australia is essential—understanding different cultures and markets is key!
People Person: You know how to listen, empathize, and build relationships that last.
Team Player: You’re excited to work directly with our founders, share ideas, and contribute to the creative spirit at SwagMonk.
Tech-Friendly: You’re comfortable using CRM systems and are always up for learning new tools to streamline your work.Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in B2B sales or with branded merchandise and swag.
