Job Description
We are looking for outgoing individuals with great communication skills to join our team as a Customer Sales Engagement Specialist . The position duties are primarily composed of sales, marketing, speaking with customers, orders, account questions, renewing contracts. No experience is needed - paid training at the entry-level position. People skills are a must! This position involves one on one sales-based interaction with customers.
Primary responsibilities for the Customer Sales Engagement Specialist role include:
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist uses a tablet and leads to reach out to customers
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist verifies the account information
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist greets customers warmly and professionally
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist will help to upgrade accounts
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist assists with placing customer orders or renewing their contracts
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist answers customer questions about promotions or terms of sale
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist suggests solutions about what products meet the needs of the client
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist informs the customer of deals and promotions
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist utilizes computer technology to handle high sales volumes and place orders
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist works with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Customer Sales Engagement Specialist reports to management on overall daily numbers
