Job Description
We're Hiring Warehouse Executive Associate - Customer Return Operations for an E-commerce Executive

It's India's leading kid's fashion brand positioned at the sweet spot of aspiration
and affordability. The brand features the latest trends in kid's fashion on its store online and has served over
30 lac parents across 1,300 Indian cities.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Customer return handling and process management
➢ Reconciliations returns physical vs system
➢ Log the complaints on marketplace panels for non-HS return products / damaged products/ wrong
➢ receipt product
➢ Track the claim with Marketplace partners & recover claims
➢ Report the return process summary with activity.
➢ Weekly/fortnightly/ monthly publish the process return data to relevant stakeholders
➢ End-to-end return operations ownership
➢ Handling Returns Key accounts
➢ Manage warehouse operations like a receipt, storage, and dispatch.
➢ Inventory Management - track inventory and create reports.
➢ Manage inward, goods receipts, put-way, storage, Bin management, Cycle count, ABC Analysis, order
fulfillment, invoicing, and Dispatch.
➢ Planning details of each shift.
➢ Maintain hygiene for storage racks and the warehouse.
➢ Brief teams on target achievements.
➢ Train new employees
➢ Coordination with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
➢ Delegate work and manpower management
• Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
What we want:
➢ 3 to 5 years in Core warehousing / Inventory Operation/ Inbound & Outbound Operations/ Return
Operations
➢ Graduation in any stream, Engineering (in any stream) + MBA in Operations / SCM is highly preferred.
➢ Industry Preference - ECommerce/ Retail / Manufacturing / FMCG
➢ Willing to work in shifts (Early Morning, second & Night Shift)
➢ Experience in E-com/Retail/Manufacturing warehouses
➢ Strong command of Inventory Management.
➢ Strong Excel skills, PPT & SQL
➢ Excellent analytical skills.
➢ Excellent organizational and planning skills
➢ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
➢ Strong communication skills
➢ Desire to learn and grow
