Preferred Requirements:
• We are looking for a CRM Specialist with expertise in the Web Engage platform.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing customer retention strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
• The candidate should have a deep understanding of customer journeys and psychology, as well as strong analytical skills to evaluate and represent data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of customer journeys and psychology.
• Experience with customer segmentation and targeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be humble and coach-able

Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies and campaigns using the Web Engage platform.
• Analyze customer behavior data and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
• Design and implement customer journeys and workflows that improve engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
• Segment and target customers based on Purchase behavior & demographics.
• Evaluate and represent campaign performance data to demonstrate the impact of campaigns on customer behavior and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Basic Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing.
• Proficiency in the Web Engage platform.
• 1+ years of exp in Shopify

• Office timings 10 AM to 7 PM
• Work from office
