Job Title : CUSTOMER RELETIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Maintaining healthy relations with the client.
• Communicating with existing clients on calls fixing appointments
• Have to attend and handle client meetings.
• Making welcome calls to the clients in order to impart all the relevant information related to them.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships
Requirements

• A strong knowledge of financial systems and the market
• good negotiation and communication skills as well as good listening skills are the qualities that will help you to gain a strong grasp in the Capital Markets.
