Designation: Executive- Customer Relationship Executive

Qualification: - HSC/Any Graduate

Salary: INR 12000- 20000 PM + healthy incentives (Depends on Candidate’s relevant experience)

Job Location: - Andheri (2 minutes walkable distance from Andheri station)

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads.

· Brief about the product and features of Secured & Unsecured Loans to vendors

· Must act as a bridge between the company and its Vendors/Customers end market and future markets.

· Maintain and develop good relationship with Vendors/customers through personal contact or via telephone etc.

· Follow all leads which you generate by calling.

· Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities

· Coordinating with Vendors /customers to get them on board with proper due diligence Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers

Key Skills:

Ø Required min 6 months to 2 years Tele caller experience /Customer Relationship Executive

Ø Working knowledge of excel/Word

Ø Learning ability

Ø Excellent communications and pitching skills

Ø Preferred Immediate joiners
