Qualification
Any Graduate Age 2- 30 Years Experience From 2 Years - 0 Months Experience To 5 Years - 0 Months Key Requirement for the Position 1)
Pre- Disbursement Activity:
• Handling foot falls at the dealerships.
• Participating in activities conducted by the dealer.
• Lead generation through promotional activities conducted by SFL.
• Generating leads through referrals.
• Dealer interaction for marketing specific schemes.
2)
Disbursement:
• Collection of invoice
• Insurance cover note and other respective papers.
• Processing of loan documents for approval.
• Payment of the finance amount.
3)Post
Disbursement:
• Re Collection of amount and relevant documents.
• Collection of registration certificate.
• Collection of insurance policy.
4)
Recovery Management:
• Responsible for initiating repossession proceeding, maintain records of collection and status of accounts.
5)
Customer relations and cross selling:
• Responding to customer queries and grievances and providing timely information and redressal.
• Exploring favorable cross selling opportunities with the customers.
