Bengaluru Role : Customer Order Resolution Representative Answer inquiries for help from our Sales Care agents via chat Be the expert on Lumen ordering systems to resolve issues Respond to customer needs and concerns in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner Resolve customer problems to the customer's satisfaction Complete and process customer complaints and communicate and coordinate resolutions to the appropriate customer or department Effectively and efficiently resolve billing concerns and provide informational support to customers Resolve various issues preventing orders from installing for our customers Investigate and write change orders then forward for input where applicable
Minimum Qualifications:
Any B.E/B.Tech Graduate Exemplary oral and written communications skills in English. Written skills that lead to clear and concise text based communication. Ability to understand and implement written direction and communication. Strong comprehension skills. Proficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple systems programs and screens simultaneously Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary Minimum typing speed 35+ WPM
