What You'll Be Doing
Supporting customer enquiries and providing timely, professional responses
Processing orders accurately and keeping systems up to date
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure deliveries and timelines are met
Helping maintain a high standard of customer service across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A proactive and team-oriented approach
Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar environment
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics will be highly regarded but not essential.
