As a Liaison Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Defence’s strategic objectives by enabling clear communication, effective coordination, and forward planning across key stakeholders within the Defence Clothing System. You will be instrumental in driving change management initiatives, enhancing operational readiness through surge and ramp-up activities, and ensuring strong collaboration between Ventia, Defence representatives, and subcontractor partners.

Key Accountabilities
Liaise with stakeholders (including CLOSPO, Directorate officers, and Service branches) on future plans and projects.
Develop, present, and implement change management and communication plans.
Coordinate change activities supporting product and service requirement changes.
Manage relationships with subcontractors and key partners.
Support planning and delivery of surge, ramp-up, and DACC activities.
Respond to client enquiries promptly, ensuring effective resolution and communication.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and future initiatives.
Manage multiple projects, optimising resources across competing priorities.
Engage with clients and key units to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with national standards and contractual requirements.
Analyse performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Promote a customer-centric culture and act as the first point of escalation for issues.
