The Opportunity – 8-month maternity leave cover.
We are currently looking for an individual with proven people leadership and organisational skills to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our NZ Customer Experience and Delivery function. The Customer Experience Team Leader plays an integral part of ensuring our Service Delivery function is effective and maximises customer satisfaction. This will be an 8-month maternity leave fixed-term role, beginning October and ending early May. The primary functions of the role are;
Leading a team of 3 Customer Experience Staff, providing support and development to create a high performing, and engaged team.
Ensuring customer services levels meet expectations outlined in group strategy.
Plan and execute all large-scale projects attending in person when required.
Monitoring and managing day-to-day performance of carrier relationships within NZ Rest of World.
Liaise with internal external stakeholders to keep abreast of operational changes to ensure the continuity of an effective supply chain.
