Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with drivers in Telugu, Hindi, and English to ensure seamless onboarding process.
• Collect necessary documents from drivers via WhatsApp and verify their completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain records of communication and document status for efficient tracking.
• Provide support and assistance to drivers during the onboarding process.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp and smartphones.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
