The Role
The Customer Data Consultant is a key member of Axonify's Customer Solutions team, serving as the primary resource for customers looking to unlock the full value of their Axonify data. You'll partner directly with customers to answer complex business questions, lead analytical engagements, deliver executive-ready insights, and build scalable solutions that help customers maximize the impact of their frontline programs.
This role blends customer consulting, data analytics, technical problem solving, and business storytelling. You'll lead everything from custom data requests and Business Value Analyses to enterprise API integration consulting, while helping build the tools, frameworks, and best practices that scale how data is delivered across our customer base.
What You’ll Build
Customer Data Discovery & Custom Data Requests
Partner with customers to understand their business questions and data needs through structured discovery conversations.
Scope, prioritize, and execute Custom Data Requests by translating ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable analytical deliverables.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer data requests, from intake and scoping through delivery and stakeholder presentations.
Build and maintain reusable queries, templates, and frameworks that accelerate delivery across common customer data scenarios.
