Job Description:
Manage customers pan India as well as Globally.
Manage inbound leads, Sales inquiries and other marketinggenerated leads come from a variety of sources and need to be regularly monitored.
Follow up with customers for timely purchase order, accounting, payment follow ups and receivables. Manage inventory for a given set of customers. Prepare tax invoice and delivery paper for dispatch. Coordinate with the factory in China and the logistics team in India. Manage Customer Service efforts to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and prepare presentations as required by management. Coordinate with purchase, warehouse and technical team to ensure customer needs are met.
