Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Cold Calling Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and qualifying leads for follow-up by the sales team. Your goal is to spark interest, build rapport, and schedule appointments to help drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects using provided scripts and lead lists.
Introduce company offerings in a clear, professional, and compelling manner.
Qualify leads by identifying needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Schedule appointments or product demos for sales representatives.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up on warm leads and handle callbacks effectively.
Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call quotas and lead conversion targets.
Stay up to date on company products/services and industry trends.
Handle objections and rejections positively, maintaining professionalism throughout.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confident, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:

In-office work environment.
Regular working hours with possible flexibility.
Performance bonuses or commission opportunities based on lead conversion.
