Customer Care Representative
Job Description
We are looking to add an Customer Care Representative to our team.
The ideal candidate will be a hard working, customer service-driven individual capable of dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
This position will require a person with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The successful applicant will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain a high level of organizational coordination.
We are looking to fill this position immediately and will be offering a starting wage of $ 25 per hour plus the ability to earn future commission.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Primary - Customer Care
Answer incoming phone calls and help walk-in customers by answering product and service questions. Provide information about our products and services to existing and potential customers to provide solutions and increase sales
Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring all customer data is current and accurate in our accounting system
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; completing online forms; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Help maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments, calling customers for payment on account, processing credit card payments, etc.

Experience:
