### Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Address customer concerns and provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with their Xiaomi products, collaborating with technical teams when necessary to ensure a swift resolution.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and service experiences to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality, product functionality, and user satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the customer support team to share knowledge about product updates, support techniques, and service quality improvements.
- Sales Support: Drive customer conversions and upsell products when appropriate, utilizing strong persuasion skills to motivate customers and highlight the value of Xiaomi offerings.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about Xiaomi’s product line and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations to customers. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.
### Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service, business communication, or related field is a plus, though not required.
- Experience: No previous experience is necessary. We welcome fresh graduates or individuals looking to begin their careers in customer service.

- Independent: Able to work autonomously, managing time and tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Soft Skills:
