Responsibilities:
• Interact with clients via various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person, to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and policies.
• Investigate and resolve client issues, complaints, or escalations in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to assist clients effectively and stay updated on product changes, updates, and new features.
• Ensure that customer interactions align with company policies, values, and service standards.
