To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone Chat, mail.

Resolve the customer issue for international customers.

To provide the best resolution to the customers.

Maintain the better relationship with the customers.

Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.

Qualification:
• 12th and Above

•Good communication skill (Verbal Written)

•Computer Knowledge

•Flexible (24/7) environment
