Customer Care Executive

Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services.

In addition to this, should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.

Good Communication skills
