Job Description
• o commit effective service levels to investors within regulatory framework and timelines so as to accomplish company’s goals and objective in the long run.
• Respond to customer/client queries as well as front end with client.
• Forwarding highly complex queries to teams handling escalated complaints.
• Interacts with other departments of the company like operations as well as with external bodies like registrars as well as transfer agents to solve customer queries.
• He/ she should have the right attitude, Good Coordination, ready to take responsibilities, initiative.
• Candidates have good communication skills (English, Hindi Gujarati language).
• Qualification:
• Candidates should be any graduate. A post graduate degree will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years (Fresher can also apply)
