Customer Care Executive

We are currently seeking individuals who can assist us with various aspects of our business, including:

Customer Care: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Online Courier Management: Overseeing the coordination of shipping and delivery processes, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Stock Maintenance: Managing inventory levels, monitoring stock availability, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products.

E-commerce Platform Handling: Handling our presence on E-commerce platforms, managing product listings, updating information, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience for customers.

This position requires a basic understanding of business management and proficiency in using a laptop. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and contribute to the success of our vegan footwear brand.
